Florida Educational Opinion Survey, 1970.
Florida State Dept. of Education, Tallahassee.
This report is part of the Florida Department of Education, Title III, ESEA, Educational Needs Assessment study and deals exclusively with information and data collected from questionnaires administered to a sample of seven educationally relevant subpopulations within the State. These subpopulations included students, teachers, principals, superintendents, school board members, employers of former students, and adult residents of the State. Except for two of these seven subpopulations, the opinion survey was conducted on a Statewide random sampling basis to allow for a more representative sample of Florida's population. The report contains a review and a discussion of the opinions and attitudes of the subpopulations with regard to a variety of educational concerns facing today's public schools. A related document is EA 005 093. (Author/MLF)
