The information, gathered from questionnaires, was voluntarily supplied by the respondents, as identified by the government agencies. Indexes are provided for cross-references to assist the user in locating not only the individual possessing the expertise, including (1) an alphabetical list by personal name and (2) a detailed personnel listing, but also the government agency of his employment, his specific marine resource specialty, and his specific expertise.
