An assessment of the effectiveness of the second implementation of the United States Naval Academy multimedia course in leadership, psychology, and management is presented in this report. Descriptions of the course, the media and presentation forms used, and the procedures for course revision are provided. A brief description of the instructional research involved in the project is also given.
