Results of a project that included two surveys of existing student personnel instructional programs in community colleges across the nation and a State-wide workshop in the area of student personnel services (SPS) instructional programs are provided. Five appendices provide: Summary of Survey Instrument 1, Summary of Survey Instrument 2, Materials Distributed at Workshop, Participants' Plans for Action, and Participants' Evaluation.
