"Intermediate Leadership Development" is the subject of this Reserve Officers Training Corps manual which is designed to be used as a textbook. The individual actions which protect a soldier and make him effective in small units are discussed in Part One. Part Two is concerned with techniques of military instruction and provides suggestions for military instructors.
