An appendix to a report entitled "Alternative Federal Day Care Strategies for the 1970's," this volume identifies and reviews possible measures of specific impacts of child care in such areas as the social, emotional, physical and intellectual development and the educational attainment of children; the child rearing attitudes and employment status of parents; the income of families; and the cost to the government.
