This instrument is designed for parent, student, and/or administrative use for needs assessment. Several specific ways of using the instrument are discussed. The instrument consists of several statements describing various areas for ten different goals. The assessors must check a number (1-5) indicating the priority (most important-least important) they consider appropriate in each area. Tabulation consists of adding total scores for each area. Thus, the areas having the highest total would reflect the group's priorities. (See TM 001 377 also.) (MS)
