The text considers the following topics: a plan for instructional design, including statements of precise learning objectives, selection of specific teaching/learning experiences, and measurement of student achievement; a method for handling the working mechanics during the planning process; the personnel capabilities required during the planning and implementation of the program; techniques for working with teachers and support personnel to insure success of the program; and ways to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the plan.
