Contained in the annotated bibliography are 66 references to documents on mental health, especially as it is related to children with emotional disturbances or other handicaps, community programs, mental health clinics and programs, prevention, psychiatric services, and other services. The bibliography is one in a series of over 50 similar listings on handicapped and gifted children. For each of the entries, which were selected from Exceptional Child Education Abstracts, bibliographic data, availability information, indexing and retrieval descriptors, and an abstract are given.
