This monograph aims to: (1) provide the reader with an overview of how Sweden uses adult education to help people to grow and mature; (2) motivate the professional reader to examine further the extensive literature in adult education, and to make a study also in Sweden; and (3) order and present facts learned during a visit to Sweden and state ideas resulting from observation and study.
