In The New Marxism and Human Values, Richard T. DeGeorge discusses the possibility of a universal human morality in the face of official moralities. The Time of Our Lives, Mortimer J. Adler's rewriting of Aristotle's "Ethics" for the 20th century, calls for moral wisdom and moral discipline to correct human folly and vice. Paul G.
