This document describes the efforts of program administrators to implement an organic curriculum in the elementary and secondary schools of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. The chief program administrator coordinated curriculum design and implementation under the continuous progress plan, selected and evaluated instructional materials, and established communication with the community. Organic curriculum is a learner- rather than a teacher-centered course of study utilizing learning packages specifying behavioral objectives.
