This document summarizes and describes the projected activities for the fifth funding period of the Center for Occupational Education. Specific projects and activities are directed toward achieving the following goals: (1) the development and implementation of comprehensive programs of occupational education in postsecondary institutions of the nation, (2) the development and implementation of programs of occupational education for persons in the formative years, (3) the improvement of programs of occupational education in the rural schools of the nation, and (4) the development and implementation of models and systems for evaluating programs of occupational education.
