This report summarizes the activities of the 1969 Vocational Guidance Institute. Each activity lasted one week, the first being a language orientation week. Field activities filled the second week as participants toured plants, etc. During the third week each small group wrote and presented a paper on their experiences. This summary includes: (1) operational procedures of the institute; (2) a funds and operations flow chart; (3) a functional analysis; (4) a discussion of institute parties, values and relationships; (5) abstracts of student papers; (6) an evaluation and analysis on the institute; and (7) suggestions for future institutes.
