Some Problems in the Behavioral Science Education of Managers and Management Instructors in Developing Nations.

This paper discusses some of the problems encountered in conducting behaviorally oriented programs, using a small group laboratory approach, in developing nations. The organizational and social contexts in developing nations which might contribute to issues in management training are briefly outlined. Specific problems relating to training executives and trainers are discussed and some suggestions are offered based on experiences in India. The document contains 33 references. (Authors/LY)
