A curriculum guide for senior high school educable retarded pupils, based on activities undertaken during the first 2 years of the special program, is oriented toward job training and preparation. Purposes, course structure, and objectives are given for each of the following areas of study: arts and crafts, binding, business practice, driver education, foods and related services, graphic arts, language arts, mathematics, mechanical drawing, nurse's aide, power mechanics, reading, sewing and clothing instruction, shop, social competence, and typing.
