Topics covered include the need for a change of attitude in the field of cerebral palsy, facilitation of special education programing through architecture, planning a residential center for the mentally retarded, the role of the architectural psychologists, the inferior condition of residential facilities for the severely handicapped, improved care and treatment in state institutions, programed instruction using TMI-Grollier materials, a program for employment opportunities, and vocational rehabilitation.
