This annual report for the fiscal year ending June 1968 of the Board of Governors of the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education discusses the function of the Institute and the success of its programs. Designed to include a department of graduate studies, a research and development center, and a regional laboratory, the institute is involved in evaluating existing educational systems and structuring innovations from the elementary to the graduate level. The workings of the Institute are described in reports from its various departments and divisions.
