Peckham, (4) "Comprehensive Vocational Preparation of the Handicapped: An Inter-Agency Problem," by Salvatore DiMichael, (5) "Integrated and Segregated Vocational Education Programs for the Handicapped," by G. Orville Johnson, and (6) "The Education of Mentally Handicapped Youth in a Large Urban Community," by Jerry Miller. Summary recommendations of conference work groups are presented for the areas of administration, instructional programs, supportive services, personnel preparation, and directions. (CH)
