Man's development in terms of environmental structuring and control is discussed as development goals, development cycle, and development means. The subdivision within the index includes--(1) the cosmos or natural sciences, (2) man's physiology, and psychology, and (3) culture as fields of activity, concepts, organizations, and things. The discussion also mentions information flow, research questionnaires, and servicing of information.
