A report was made on the design, goals, facilities, and personnel of an innovative elementary school planned to serve as a demonstration model. The education program is described in terms of objectives, program elements, personnel, organization, content, materials and equipment, methods, activities, and evaluation. Additional topics considered are: the students and area to be served, the nature of the school site, the cost of the project, instructional spaces, administrative and service facilities, food service facilities, custodial and engineering rooms, the faculty lounge, and site development.
