"GUIDELINES FOR SELECTION OF CLIENTS FOR FORMALIZED (FACILITY) EVALUATION" DISCUSSES GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR CLIENT REFERRAL TO APPROPRIATE FACILITIES, SPECIFIC GUIDELINES APPLICABLE TO THE INDIVIDUAL COUNSELOR OR CLIENT, AND ADVANTAGES, DISADVANTAGES, AND COUNSELOR RESPONSIBILITY IN USING FORMAL FACILITY EVALUATION. "ORGANIZATION AND UTILIZATION OF COMMUNITY RESOURCES FOR DETERMINING VOCATIONAL POTENTIAL OF REHABILITATION CLIENTS" DISCUSSES THE PRINCIPLES OF COMMUNITY ACTION, ESTABLISHMENT OF COMMUNITY NEEDS, THE ROLE OF THE STATE AGENCY IN SETTING UP THE FACILITY, AND THE ROLE OF THE REHABILITATION COUNSELOR IN COMMUNITIES WHERE A FACILITY EXISTS.
