THE INFORMATION INCLUDED WAS SOLICITED FROM MEMBERS OF THE NATIONAL SCIENCE SUPERVISORS ASSOCIATION, ALL STATE DEPARTMENTS OF EDUCATION, AND SCHOOL SYSTEMS.
