Administered Student Needs Assessment Survey to 122 graduate students at public university in deep south. Data indicated that graduate student population was increasingly diverse, especially in terms of international students and women. Compared the Nedelsky (L. Nedelsky, 1954) and Angoff (W. Angoff, 1971) standard-setting methods in three studies involving 80 graduate students as judges.
