Data from 34 pairs of occupational therapy students and clinical preceptors following the implementation of Integration Tutorials and Seminars showed that the fieldwork learning environment influenced integration of academic and clinical knowledge. Preceptors influenced learning by planning learning processes and acting as co-learners. (JOW)
