Some Features of the Migration Process in the Kyrgyz Republic, Caused by the Gap between the Education Market and the Labor Market
Education in the Asia-Pacific Region: Issues, Concerns and Prospects
The research focuses on the developments of migration processes in the Kyrgyz Republic. Many countries and regions take measures to manage migration processes, create favorable conditions for immigrants, and integrate immigrants into society. The authors reveal in detail the course of the migration process occurring in the country. Particularly, the authors focus on working on the migration problem as an explanation for many significant consequences of this process. The authors believe that given the global economic growth, labor migration is not only a process of redistribution of labor resources but also an environment that primarily affects the development of relations between countries and internal stability in many countries. The research points out that in many countries where migrants are accepted, migration issues are addressed on political aspects, and the migrant's place is established by legislation. The main conclusion of this research is that the growing migration outflow from the Kyrgyz Republic is due to the gap between the education market and the labor market. Thus, reducing this gap is the key to addressing the migration challenges of the Kyrgyz Republic. The socio-economic implications of this gap and its connection to labor migration from the Kyrgyz Republic are explained. Recommendations are proposed to bridge the gap between the education market and the labor market in the Kyrgyz Republic in order to reduce the migration outflow.
