Responses of 78 emotionally disturbed children on the Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking were compared to those from the standardization sample. Ss were close to the average in ability to arrive at different ideas, experienced difficulty in producing original ideas, and were substantially below average in the other areas of creativity.
