Answers to questionnaires about teaching by 105 regular and special educators revealed that both groups considered burnout a problem and maintainance of discipline a hard part of the teacher's job. Studied the nature of diurnal mood variations in 173 persons aged 13 to 82. Results indicated adolescents and young adults tended to report better moods toward evening while middle-aged and elderly persons reported better moods in the morning. Focused on the exchange of aid between older persons and their children. Hypotheses regarding relationships between mutual aid and the morale of the elderly were developed and tested on a sample of 403 parents aged 60 and over.
