In this study a LISREL model was tested to assess the effects of grade level and years of experience on stress in 166 Ohio elementary and secondary public school teachers. Grade taught had a negative effect on teacher stress. Teaching experience did not account for much variance in stress levels. (SM)

Relationships between high school structural characteristics and curricular offerings are examined using data from the High School and Beyond Survey, with an emphasis on school size.
