Interest patterns of Canadian military college cadets were acquired by administering Strong Vocational Interest Blanks to three consecutive entry classes at beginning, middle and end of their baccalaureate programs. Knowledge and attitudes of technical college students were compared after exposing them to drug education programs in three formats: lecture, mixed media, and an agency film program. Results of a questionnaire show format has little effect on knowledge or attitude. Recommendations are made for future drug information programs. (BEF)

The "old-old" (80+), needing the most health and domiciliary care, will increase twice as fast by the year 2000 as the "young-old" (65-79). Teachers, counselors, guidance directors, counselor educators, and others were surveyed to determine the prevailing attitude toward prior school experience for counselor certification. Since the introduction of the 40/60 policy, community colleges have had a great impact on the higher education system of New York State. Undergraduate students (N=40) were classified as either judgers or perceivers based on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and enrolled in six study skills classes characterized by more or less structure.
