This is a research study of personality correlates and attitude changes of prospective teachers in sensitivity training. Results imply that the sensitivity training experience promoted a greater self-understanding for the teacher trainees as well as increasing the understanding of the attitudes and feelings of their students and others. Contends that sensitivity training and brainwashing are essentially different, though superficially similar in form and in that they involve behavior change and are based on explicable theories of learning and human behavior.
