The purpose of this study was to provide descriptive and comparative data on the views of vocational rehabilitation counselors toward the Judeo-Christian Work Ethic. Canonical correlational analyses of the Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire and a relatively scale-independent life history inventory yielded three interpretable roots for 186 females and four roots for 155 males.
