This study presents a cluster analysis of the Service Outcome Measurement Form (SOMF). The derived clusters resembled the originally intended structure more closely than an earlier factor analysis of a large sample. Full-time homemakers (N=55) and 63 full- or part-time outside job holders completed a questionnaire which assessed their level of satisfaction overall and with specific aspects of the homemaker work role or job.
