Sixteen students, aged eleven to fifteen, from Colorado Academy, near Denver, spent 18 days in China in March, 1977, devoting much of their time to a study of education there. The agricultural education curriculum at Njala University College, University of Sierra Leone, is stressing practical farm experience programs on school land for students preparing to teach agriculture. In Illinois also the "land laboratories" concept appears to be effective in providing practical agricultural training. (MF)
