The hypothesis that the Head Start program produced zero effects on the cognitive abilities of its participants was evaluated by several Chi Square tests. Using Super's Career Pattern Study data, this study investigated the high-school age correlates of occupational stability and change among 148 men between the ages of 25 to 35. A preliminary attempt is made in this study to generate supporting information that could give an admission committee additional insight into the validity of admission criteria currently used in colleges of pharmacy.
