Application of the Kruskal-Wallis test to survey research problems is discussed as an alternative for the business education researcher in testing questionnaire response differences among three or more independent groups. Problem illustrations and a computer program are included. (MF)

A program obtained random samples from known populations, some of which violated the homogeneity assumption. Student t tests and Mann-Whitney U Tests were performed on the sample value. A peer tutoring program in spelling was developed to investigate effects of several tutor and tutee characteristics on tutorial outcomes, amount of learning and learning efficiency.
