This report describes the Cognitive Vocational Maturity Test (CVMT), and instrument designed to measure career knowledges and abilities within six areas of the cognitive domain of vocational maturity, as well as offers validity and reliability data. (Authors)

The findings suggest that Personal Orientation Inventory scores are unlikely to be inflated by the conscious or unconscious attempts of subjects to make a good impression on the inventory when they have little knowledge of the self-actualizing model of man. (Author)

It would appear that traditional modelsof reliability, in which reliability estimates for an individual are estimated from group data, could yiel more accurate estimates if individual difference variables, such as response consistency, were taken into consideration in the estimation of reliability.
