School Boards of the future will have to be politically controlled, members will have monetary compensation, and boards will represent an approximate 15,000 to 20,000 students rather than the traditional 1,000 to 3,500. (Author/MB)

A group of independent schools developed summer remedial and enrichment programs for disadvantaged urban youth which were conducted with the cooperation of the communities, public schools and State Department of Education.
