This survey identified 38 statewide computing educator user-groups in 33 states. Information is provided for each of these groups, including organization name, address, affiliation, membership, funding, activities, and state mandate (if any). Examined factors affecting attendance by elderly persons at 660 congregate meal sites. Results showed that measures of the quality of services provided (method of food preparation, type of building used, presence of other nutrition programs in the community) predicted attendance more than conventional demographic measures of need. This article describes the development and initial year of a high school-based health clinic. Data collected about the use of the clinic indicate that the clinic provided accessible services that were readily accepted by adolescents in medically underserved communities. (CJ)
