Simulation, using role playing and commercially available materials, was used to provide counselor teacher consultation experience for counselor trainees. The results of the program supported the use of simulation as a technique for counselor education. Implications for counselor education programs are discussed. (Author/CG)

As a result of a SATRA Course it was found that employees acting as instructors became good supervisors; as instructors they were experiencing situations similar to those of supervisors. Thus, while instructors are training newcomers, the instructors, themselves, are training for supervisory positions. (RB)

The simulation technique for preparing prospective home economics teachers uses real-life teaching situations that students create, enact, and analyze. This report concludes that the technique can be used even at a small college with limited resources. (Editor)
