The use of programmed learning in 4-H nutrition projects is discussed as to objectives and learning principles. Three games designed for use with 9- and 10-year-old 4-H members are described and illustrated. The procedure for testing the games and an evaluation of the test results are presented. In this study of moral action, Kohlberg's theory of formal moral judgment is contrasted with an interpersonal formulation of moral decision making.
