Significant correlations were obtained between student ratings of the effectiveness of the guidance program and Personal Orientation Inventory scales of Time Competence and Spontaneity. The results of a study conducted in Indiana of attitudes of counselor educators and guidance directors lends support to use of "counselor aides" in secondary school guidance services.
