Findings include that subjects: (1) recognize that the problem of child abuse exists; (2) believe most teachers are not equipped to deal with child abuse, but expect victims of abuse in their classrooms; and (3) lack a clear understanding of referrals. A research questionnaire was distributed to assess how extensively aging is taught within the schools. It was more common in secondary schools. Results showed strong empirical support for the model in that most subjects were working in environments congruent with their personality types.
