Studied fathers' participation in childrearing among 128 Swedish parents. Results showed most couples, even in dual-career households, do not share childcare equally. Research suggests that role conflict exists among teacher-coaches due to the disparity in values between the two roles and to the fact that the two functions are fundamentally incompatible. The Labor Market Orientation (LMO) program responded to the problem of unemployment among Black teenagers. LMO provided classroom training which mitigated unrealistic expectations and served as an introduction to the requisites of the work world. Adolescent work experience is often proposed as developmentally significant. This study attempts to demonstrate that different work settings expose youth to substantially different experiences. Studied the use of a social learning approach to reduce the unpopularity of an 11-year-old girl. Used a multiple baseline design to successively implement reinforcement contingencies on each class of social skill. Substantial improvements in performance were noted.
