College students in telecourses (n=699) completed personality and attitude instruments. Students most satisfied with telecourses were mature, venturesome, outgoing, practical, relaxed, and studious. Personality, interest, and job satisfaction measures were completed by 395 workers. Congruence did not predict job satisfaction.
