The instructional goals and curriculum content developed for Nigeria's Universal Primary Education Program were evaluated by 265 teachers and administrators involved in the free six-year school system. Two main questions were explored: (a) Do WISC-R tests assess "g" for learning disabled children to the same degree that they do for normal children?
