Rehabilitation clients completed the Mini-Mult Test. Their responses were factor analyzed and reduced to four factors using Cattell's Screen Test. The first three factors replicated those found in previous research while the fourth had no parallel. The first three factors were retained as subscales. (NG)

A Rorschach Index based on ego-psychological conceptualization of an optimal personality picture predicted for 155 trainees was compared with predictions from the Miller Analogies Test (MAT) and the Strong Vocational Interest Blank (SVIB). Findings of this study supported the hierarchical arrangement of needs as postulated by Maslow and Roe as they are revealed in occupational terms.
