Results of an empirical study of job satisfaction suggested that computerized answer sheets may be used in mail surveys without significantly affecting rate of return or producing response bias. The perceptions of feelings within the families of 9 to 13-year-old boys were studied to determine the sensitivity of the Family Relations Test (FRT) in discriminating between inpatients, outpatients, and normal controls.
