Studied the influence of job sex composition in relation to security, suitability of type of work, and company recognition in college students (N=95). Results indicated that sex composition exerted the least influence on job desirability while security and suitability of type of work exerted the greatest influence. (LLL)

Examined the persistence in student affairs work of 170 graduates between 1971 and 1981 of a master's program in student personnel. Presents an analysis of retention rates, timing of job moves, and attitudes. Results showed a significant attrition, and raised questions about the stability of the student personnel field. (JAC)
