Volentine, Susen Zimmerman – Journal of Clinical Psychology, 1981
Compared the MMPI Scale 5 to the Bem Sex Role Inventory and Personal Attributes Questionnaire. Femininity measures were related more strongly to Scale 5 score than masculinity measures. It was concluded that Scale 5 may be interpreted more accurately as a measure of femininity rather than masculinity/femininity. (Author)

Spanier, Graham B.; Thompson, Linda – Journal of Marriage and the Family, 1982
Evaluated the dyadic adjustment scale by reconsidering the factor structure of the scale and its subscales using a maximum likelihood, confirmatory factor-analysis procedure. Studied a new sample from the same geographical area. High reliability was confirmed for the overall scale. (Author)

Wallbrown, Fred H.; Cowger, Doris – Psychology in the Schools, 1982
Administered the Survey of Reading Attitudes to 235 intermediate-grade students in a suburban parochial school.
